INFYNIT Studios is a creative studio and digital agency based in Trinidad & Tobago. We offer website design, hosting, security updates, SEO, custom internal operating systems, and monthly maintenance. The website describes these services for general information. It is a starting point for a conversation — not a binding offer to provide any particular service at any particular price.

03Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

Ownership of work we create for clients (websites, systems, and other deliverables) is addressed in the applicable project agreement, and typically transfers as set out there once the project is fully paid.

05Quotes, pricing & payment

Prices shown on the website are indicative and provided to help you plan. They may be displayed in Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TTD) or United States dollars (USD) using the currency switch on the site.

• Final pricing depends on the scope and complexity of your project and is confirmed in a written quote.
• A 50% deposit is required before project work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Custom quotes are available on request.
• Recurring services (such as hosting, SEO, and maintenance) are billed on the cycle stated in your agreement.

Nothing on the website is a binding offer or fixed price. A quote becomes binding only when set out in a written agreement between us.

06Project engagements

When you engage us for paid work, a separate written agreement or statement of work will define the scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, fees, and payment schedule for that project. That agreement, together with these Terms, governs the work. If there is a conflict, the project agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

07Hosting, maintenance & third parties

Where we provide hosting, deployment, domains, SSL, or maintenance, we aim for high reliability and reference a 99.9% uptime target. This is a target we work toward, not an absolute guarantee, and it may be affected by factors outside our control — including third-party providers, networks, and force-majeure events. Some services depend on third parties (for example, hosting platforms, CDNs, domain registrars, and certificate authorities), whose own terms apply.

08Your responsibilities

To help your project succeed, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and the content, assets, and access we need, on time.
• Review and approve work at agreed checkpoints.
• Ensure any materials you supply are lawful and that you have the rights to use them.
• Make payments as agreed.

Delays in providing what we need may affect timelines and cost.

09Disclaimers

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the website is at your own risk.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFYNIT Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website. These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts of Trinidad & Tobago have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the website, unless a written project agreement states otherwise.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
