This Privacy Policy explains what personal information INFYNIT Studios (“INFYNIT Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and readable on purpose.

01Who we are

INFYNIT Studios is a creative studio and digital agency based in Trinidad & Tobago. We build websites, custom internal systems, and related digital services. [If you operate under a registered business name or company number, add it here along with a registered address.]

For any privacy question, contact us at infynitstudios@gmail.com.

02Scope of this policy

This policy covers our public marketing website. It does not cover the separate systems we build and operate for clients under a project agreement — those are governed by the terms of that engagement and, where applicable, the client’s own privacy notices.

In the course of building or maintaining a client’s website or internal system, we may have access to data belonging to that company — which can include personal data about their own customers, staff, or contacts. We treat this data as strictly confidential and handle it only on the client’s behalf: we access it solely as needed to deliver the agreed service, and we do not use it for our own purposes, add it to our own records, or collect, sell, share, or disclose personal data to any third-party company or to any other client. Each client’s data remains that client’s, and stays with that client.

03Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, request a package from a pricing card, or reach out to us directly, you choose what to send. This typically includes your name, company, email address, the package or service you are interested in, and any project details you describe. When you submit an enquiry, it is stored securely in our enquiry database and an internal notification is sent to our team so we can respond. We only receive what you choose to enter.

Information collected automatically

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver those fonts, Google’s servers may receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Aside from that, our site does not run advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. [If you later add analytics such as Google Analytics or a cookie banner, update this section to describe it.]

04How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for the services you ask about.
  • Deliver, manage, and support any project you engage us for.
  • Communicate with you about your project or request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

05Cookies & third-party services

Our website does not currently set cookies to track you across the web. Some third parties we rely on may process limited technical data as part of delivering the site or connecting you to us:

  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site and may receive your IP address to do so.
  • Supabase & Resend — our backend and email providers. Supabase securely stores the enquiry you submit; Resend delivers the internal notification to our team. They process this data only to provide those services, and access is limited to authorised INFYNIT Studios staff.
  • Our hosting provider — may keep standard server logs (for example, IP addresses and request times) for security and reliability.
  • Social platforms — if you follow links to Instagram, TikTok, or WhatsApp, your activity there is governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies, not ours.

These providers act independently, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices.

06When we share information

We keep your information private and share it only when needed to run our business or meet a legal obligation. That may include:

  • Service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, our enquiry database, email delivery, domain, or (when you engage us for paid work) payment providers — and only to the extent they need it.
  • Legal or safety reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers — if our business is ever reorganised or transferred, information may move as part of that process.

We never sell your personal information.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information only as long as we need it — to respond to you, to deliver and support your project, and to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

08How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect the information in our care using appropriate technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe.

09Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we correct or update it.
  • Request that we delete it.
  • Object to or ask us to limit certain uses.

To make a request, email us at infynitstudios@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

10International visitors

We are based in Trinidad & Tobago and serve clients locally and internationally. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in Trinidad & Tobago or in other locations where our service providers operate. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable data-protection law in Trinidad & Tobago and, where relevant, the requirements of the jurisdiction you are in.

11Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
